Daniel V. Decarlo

DeCarlo, Daniel V., of East Rutherford, passed away on March 27, 2023 at the age of 79. Devoted husband to Edna DeCarlo (Ruthman). Loving father to Daniel V. DeCarlo Jr. and his wife Lynda, and Yvonne DeCarlo. Beloved grandfather to Christopher DeCarlo and his wife Rachel, Rachel Matthews, and Lynda J. DeCarlo. Cherished great grandfather to Kayla, Justin, and Christopher Jr. Dear brother to Marie DeCarlo, Frank DeCarlo, Catherine Fernandi, and Sue Rossi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Daniel is reunited with his beloved parents, Frank and Anna, as well as his siblings, Stephen, Carlo, Joseph, Dina Leonte, Vito, and Dennis.

Daniel was born in Passaic in 1944, and spent most of his life in Rutherford. He was known for his love of working with his hands, specifically woodworking, and a love of model trains. Above all else, Daniel was a devoted family man who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
