Gerald Barry Roswal

Gerald "Gerry" Barry Roswal, 83, of Cliffside Park, New Jersey, passed away on July 16, 2026. Gerry was born in 1943, in the Bronx, New York, to the late Jack Roswal and Sally (Stoff) Roswal.

A member of the first graduating class of Saddle Brook High School, in 1961, Gerry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force Air Police, where he was a K-9 handler from 1961 to 1964, before building a decades-long career in the family's interior decorating business.

Gerry was a resident of Rutherford, NJ, for more than 45 years. While he lived in Rutherford, he spent several years as an active member of the Rutherford Music Boosters. During his retirement, Gerry and his wife, Mary Ann, enjoyed traveling the world with trips to Italy, France, England, Egypt, Israel, Turkey, and more.

Gerry is survived by his spouse of 56 years, Mary Ann (Cirillo) Roswal; his daughter, Rachel Bozek; son-in-law, Edward Bozek; and grandchildren, Xander and Mallory Bozek.
