Matthew W. Mitchell III

Matthew W. Mitchell III, 84, passed away on April 17, 2026, in Park Ridge, New Jersey.

Born on February 2, 1942, in Passaic, New Jersey, Matthew spent much of his life in Midland Park, where he built a home and lasting connections within the community. He was known for his steady work ethic and dedication throughout his career as a sales associate with Kemperle Co. in Paterson.

Matthew will be remembered as a devoted father and a constant presence in the lives of his children. He is survived by his children: Eileen Mitchell, Alice Celello, John Mitchell, and Robert Mitchell, who will carry forward his memory with love.

Private services will be held.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Cremation Society of New Jersey.
